Refund & return policy

Before you order

Many of our parts are used, and every listing describes the part's condition with real photos. We confirm fitment for your chassis before dispatch, so please include your year, chassis (NA/NB/NC/ND) and engine with your order.

Returns

• You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
• Parts must be returned unused, uninstalled and in the condition they arrived.
• Email orders@miatasparepartsclassified.com with your order number before sending anything back.

Refunds

• If a part doesn't fit after we confirmed fitment, arrives damaged, or isn't as described, we cover return shipping and refund in full.
• For other returns, return shipping is paid by the customer and the original shipping cost is not refundable.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the part.

Cancellations

You can cancel at no cost any time before your order is paid and dispatched.
